Return Policy and Frequently Asked Questions
Order Processing & Shipping:
Please note orders may take between 1-3 business days to process before shipment.
We currently offer different shipping options within the United States. All orders are shipped with USPS or UPS. Orders with Hoboken shipping addresses and any order over $100 always qualify for free shipping! All other orders placed with standard shipping are $5.00.
Orders placed with standard shipping should arrive in 4-6 business days depending on delivery location. Expedited shipment options are available for an additional fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with a tag and in its original packaging within 15 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To start a return, you can contact us at HudsonCrushLLC@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Each item is inspected for damages before being sent out. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Hudson Crush is not responsible for any damages made to items once worn no matter the circumstance. Any items returned with stains, damages or without a tag will not be processed and your package will be sent back to you.
Shipping Fees for Returns:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Hudson Crush is not responsible for any shipping fees for returns. Hudson Crush is not responsible for lost or un-traceable shipments. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the time of arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at HudsonCrushLLC@gmail.com.
